The case can be decided with or without oral argument and can take several more months/years.
Transcripts are expected to be filed in the Rojas v. FAA #2, BQ Validation appeal on Monday. The transcripts are of the oral hearing held last year.
We continue to litigate the issue and will be briefing the issue before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals later this year. It is anticipated that it will be another 1-2 years before a ruling is handed down.
We will talk more about them once the hold on publicly releasing them is lifted (to allow for redactions of certain protected items).
This is about all we can say due to the Ninth Circuit rules prohibiting discussions regarding mediation publicly.
