A new FOIA response which contained a May 2016 memo from Huerta has contradicted FAAs new claims that the changes to the hiring process were not due to diversity. The CTI schools also keep getting told it is not about diversity, but it clearly is…

On May 5, 2016 FAA Administrator Huerta wrote a memo to Annie Andrews, Director of HR, regarding the Air Traffic Controller Maximum Entry Age (“In-Process” Rule).

Seems simple, right? Well let’s dive in to the language.

FAA Releases Records Concerning 2016 Bid Communications

 

FAA has released 118 pages of records, with many redacted and others withheld in full concerning communications during the 2016 bid. When put against a timeline of the events that occurred during the bid, it is clear that FAA panicked about a few items. We will begin exposing those over the next several weeks. There are also contradictory statements from that released to the public and previously filed with the Court.

Again, FAA appears to not be running everything through Louis.
