APT Metrics Admits BA “was never designed as a minimum qualification” – Rojas v. FAA 5

Likely in an attempt to evade or protect itself from a qui tam False Claims Act lawsuit, APT Metrics, the developer of the BA/BQ, admits that the exam “was never designed as a minimum qualification.”

This email was obtained thanks to Rojas v. FAA 5. The Court has ordered FAA release the email without redactions.

  1. So they just admitted this test should not have been used as a qualifier for the job lol… also that they didn’t want experienced “carpenters”… now we know that having an aviation background or experience meant nothing.
